This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders, shipping methods & costs, packaging, delivery times, tracking, customs, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Please read this carefully so you know what to expect when you shop with us.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If there’s a delay (high volume, holidays, logistical issues), we’ll notify you via email or SMS before sending your order.
3. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
We deliver throughout Europe and worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Within the EU:
Standard delivery: 3–10 business days
International / Outside EU:
Delivery time varies by destination: 7–20 business days (or longer depending on customs)
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance or local postal services.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
We may offer:
Free Standard Shipping for orders over a minimum amount 274€
Flat-rate shipping for smaller orders 9€
Express or tracked shipping as an upgrade at checkout 12€
All prices shown at checkout include VAT when applicable.
5. Packaging Standards
We take care in packaging your order with:
Protective poly mailers / boxes
Secure filling materials to prevent damage
Eco-friendly recyclable packaging where possible
If you specifically want gift packaging or special notes, contact us before checkout — additional costs may apply.
6. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive:
Carrier name
Tracking number
Link to track your parcel
You can use this information to check your delivery status at any time.
7. Customs & Import Duties
When shipping outside the EU, packages may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are your responsibility to pay upon delivery.
8. Delivery Problems
If your parcel:
hasn’t arrived within the estimated time window,
is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, or
arrives damaged or faulty
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll assist you with tracking, claims, and next steps.
In the EU, sellers should usually ensure delivery within 30 days unless agreed otherwise — if this doesn’t happen, the customer can cancel the order and get a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to return items (e.g., under the EU 14-day withdrawal rule)
Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
