RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Have original tags attached

• Be returned in original packaging

• Be free from damage, odors, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Made-to-order or customized garments

• Items marked as final sale

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return, please:

1. Email merqees@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and return request

3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Items that do not meet return conditions will be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos and a brief description

We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
